There are other more singularly spectacular photographs and videos of Eyjafjallajökull erupting. This video, though, by Sean Stiegemeier, of the volcano with its plumes of air-traffic-stopping ash is astonishingly beautiful. The music, Kolniður, by jónsi, just makes it more so.
